Natural home remedies to get rid of grey or white hair care

Although your genetics will determine the actual start of greying, once you are thirty-five years old, your ageing hair follicles are likely to produce grey or white hair care to replace the last hair that died.

Hair goes through a natural cycle of dying, and then they are being generated. Because your hair follicles age, then they produce less colour.

  • Ginger

Every day consume a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger mixed with one tablespoon of honey.

  • Coconut Oil

Massage coconut oil onto your hair and scalp, before bed, on alternate days. Then, the following next morning, wash your hair as usual.

  • Blackstrap Molasses

Eat a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses extracted from sugarcane juice every other day. It is believed that it can reverse the greying process.

  • Black Sesame Seeds

Consume a tablespoon of black sesame seeds to decrease and reverse the greying process two to three times a week.

  • Amla

Massage your hair with amla oil once per week. Drink six ounces of fresh amla juice every day. Amla is known as Indian gooseberry.

  • Ghee

You should massage your hair and scalp with pure ghee twice a week.

  • Amaranth

Apply freshly prepared amaranth juice to your hair thrice a week. This natural home remedy is one of the vital hair care routines you must follow regularly. 

  • Wheatgrass Juice

Take one or two ounces of fresh wheatgrass juice daily or add one tablespoon of wheatgrass powder daily to your smoothies and soups.

  • Carrot Juice

Drink eight ounces of carrot juice every day to get rid of white and grey hair.

  • Onion

First, blend an onion in a blender and then use a strainer so that you are left with the juice. Then, rub this juice into your scalp, leaving it in place for thirty minutes and then shampooing, as usual, twice a week. 

  • Catalase

Consume foods that are rich in the enzyme catalase, such as:

  • Kale
  • Garlic
  • Sweet Potato
  • Cabbage
  • Broccoli
  • Almonds
  • Ashwagandha

Take an ashwagandha supplement with food. Ashwagandha is known as Indian ginseng.

  • Curry Leaves

Make a paste by combining a half cup of yoghurt and one-fourth cup of curry leaves. Then, apply it to your hair and scalp, then wash it off after thirty minutes. Repeat it in a week two to three times. 

  • Rosemary

Fill one-third of an eight-ounce jar with dried rosemary and then fill the jar to the top with extra virgin olive oil. Now, leave the jar under the sunny place for four to six weeks and properly shake it every few days. After six weeks, you can use it as hair oil.

  • Almond Oil

Mix together equal parts of almond oil, amla juice, and lemon juice. Then, allow this mixture to penetrate into your hair and scalp. You should follow this routine two times a day for three months.

Natural hair dye for effective hair care routine

Make your own hair dye with various natural herbs. Since this type of hair dye is not as strong as commercially available chemical dyes. The drying process can be repeated several times before you see a change. You can use suggested primary ingredients from experts.

  • For blonde hair: Use lemon peel, chamomile flower tea, marigold flower, saffron.
  • For red hair: Include carrot juice, beet juice, rose petals in natural hair dye.
  • For brown hair: Use coffee and cinnamon in natural hair dye.
  • For black hair: Include black tea, black walnut, sage, nettle.

Some hair dye recipes suggested by experts of natural cosmetics include torai ridged gourd, Bhringraj, Black pepper, and Heena powder.
